Specialty Clinics

✰We offer the following specialty care clinics:

Gender-Affirming Health Care:

• We offer gender-affirming health care once per month, by appointment. 

• Our services include non-surgical care focused on hormone replacement therapy. Our providers may also refer patients for outside services. 

Reproductive Health Care:

• We offer reproductive health care on the 1st Monday of each month, by appointment. 

• Services include pap smears, breast exams, and limited birth control.

• We will refer you to outside facilities for any labs and/or radiology you need.

• We do not insert IUDs or implants, provide mammograms, or provide obstetrical care.

Dermatology:

• We offer dermatology services once per month.

• Dermatology involves diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the skin, hair, and nails. 

• Our dermatology services include non-surgical screenings and care.

Physical Therapy:

• We offer physical therapy two Wednesdays per month.

• Physical therapy is treatment that aims to ease pain and help you move, function, and live better. Our physical therapy services are provided by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). 

• Our physical therapist provides a set number of visits for each patient, based on their unique needs. 

• Appointments with our physical therapist are by referral. Please schedule a general medical visit with us first to talk about your needs.
