Mental Health Services

Every Wednesday from 5:30-8:00 PM.

While we do have a limited number of walk-in appointments available to patients seeking counseling through our mental health access program, we strongly recommend people call 360.359.3346 to make an appointment ahead of time.

To enter our services, you will first need to complete an intake, which we can do by phone or on Wednesday nights.  We will use the intake to help determine whether we will be a good fit for you, or if there might be a better mental health resource. If invited into our program, you will generally be offered four 50 minute long sessions, which always occur on Wednesday evenings. Therapy sessions are provided by a rotating team of licensed mental health professionals, including LMHCs, LMFTs and LICSWs.  When appropriate, we may refer you to be seen by a medical provider and/or Pysch ARNP for medication.  We understand that you might require longer term services.  If this is the case, we will attempt to help you find appropriate community linkages while being seen by our providers.

To qualify for our program, you must 18 or older, uninsured or underinsured, and experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression and/or trauma.
