General Medical Clinic

Every Wednesday evening from 5:15 - 8:00 PM

During our Medical Clinic, we will provide you with medical care for acute medical problems. Examples of acute problems include strep throat, UTI's, and sprained ankles.  We understand that you might also need care for a chronic medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension, depression etc., and we are happy to also help you with these issues.  Our goal is to bridge your care so that you may more easily transition into medical home (primary care) that is a good fit for you

Mental health services are also available on Wednesday nights. Please call ahead to 360.359.3346 if you are interested in mental health care.

We are a drop-in clinic so you will be seen on a first come basis.  We have  have a Spanish Interpreters available to help you on Wednesday nights.  We also have a Resource Navigator volunteer available to help you connect with services and resources you need.

Providence Community Care Center

At our Day Center Clinic, we will provide you with acute medical care focused on the homeless community.  Examples of acute problems include strep throat, UTI's, and skin infections.  We understand that you might also need care for a chronic medical condition such as diabetes, hypertension, depression etc., and we are happy to also help you with these issues.  Our goal is to bridge your care so that you may more easily transition into medical home (primary care) that is a good fit for you.

We know it can be tough for our patients who are experiencing homelessness to make it to other medical clinics, so we have come to you.
